Causes of health related deaths. It has long been known that coronary disease is the number one killer today. Mostly this is caused by high saturated fat intakes, high salt levels in our foods, high stress levels associated with modern life and a general lack of exercise is a deadly combination.

It is now said that the same conditions will be a detriment to other parts of your body aswell. In particular the condition of your colon is critical to your overall health and well being. Recent research into how your bodies internals work together have shown that this much forgotten organ could be one of the most important aspects to your health. Everything from common ailment’s to more serious illness’s are now being attributed to it.

Why is this and what can you do about it?

This is due to the colon holding 70% of your bodies immune system which by default means that it is the main organ responsible for fighting off infections and disease. It is now also believed that it is here that most illness starts to take hold.

A unhealthy colon is your collect all point for your bodies digestive system, everything that the rest of your body has been unable to process is collected here and left there until it can process it. Imagine for a moment putting a days worth of your food in a warm humid area and leaving it there for 36 – 48 hours what would it look like? I bet it would stink, more than likely infested with flies and other parasitic forms? Well this is what happens in your colon if it is in a unhealthy state, the undugestables sit there rotting and festering for this amount of time! Disgusting huh?

As you can see colon health should be of prime importance to anyone and everyone.

So what can be done?

Well there is no medical procedure for this you either have to eat a very restrictive and quite possibly with todays lifestyles diet. Or you can get hold of a good cleansing supplement. This will put your colon in a good efficient and healthy state. This will mean that the time it takes for your body to now process food is down to around 8 hours, you will feel the benefits and others will start o notice a change in you almost straight away.
